Type: Sparkling Wine Rosé Extra Dry.

Alchohol content: 12%Alc/Vol.

Grape varieties: Montepulciano d’Abruzzo 100%.

Soil features: Colline Pescaresi, west facing.

Growing technique: pergola Abruzzese.

Yield (grapes per hectare): 100 q/ha.

Harvest: manual, folowing ripening curves.

Fermentation: gentle grape pressing, maceration and first racking at established parameters.

Ageing and evolution: fermentation in stainless steel with temperature
control. Second fermentation again in stainless steel with charmat system. 6 weeks bottle refining.

Organoleptic features: Perlage: very fine and persistent.

Colour: bright rosé.

Bouquet: very delicate, with the aromatic scent.

Service temperature:  4°-6° C and opened at the moment.
